- 2Click "Get Started Free" and sign in with Google
- 3Your dashboard is ready instantly — no forms, no credit card
- 1After signing in, your Dashboard opens
- 2On the right sidebar, find the "Desktop API Token" card
- 3Click Copy — you'll paste it in the dialog box in Step 05
Tip: Keep this tab open — you'll need the token in Step 05.
- 1Download Python 3.10+ from python.org (it's free)
- 2During install, check ✅ "Add Python to PATH"
- 3Only needs to be installed once — skip if already installed
- 1Download Ollama from ollama.com — free, runs entirely on your machine
- 2After installing, open a terminal (press Win + R, type cmd, press Enter)
- 3Run the command below to download the AI model (~2 GB, one time only):

- 2Extract the zip anywhere on your PC (Desktop works fine)
- 3Right-click install.bat → "Run as Administrator"
- 4A dialog box pops up — paste your API Token from Step 02 and click OK

Do I need to know how to code?
Absolutely not. The installer shows a simple dialog box where you paste your API token. That's the only input required.
Does the tracker see my passwords or files?
No. It only logs the foreground app name and window title. It never reads file contents, clipboard, keystrokes, or browser URLs.
Does it work offline?
Yes — the tracker stores activity locally. When back online it syncs automatically. Nothing is ever lost.
How much CPU and RAM does it use?
Virtually zero when monitoring. The AI classification runs briefly every 15 minutes and takes a few seconds on any modern PC.
Can I stop it whenever I want?
Yes — run stop.bat to kill the tracker immediately. You can restart anytime by running run_hidden.vbs.
How do I update to a newer version?
Download the latest tracker zip and run install.bat again in the new folder. Your token and data are preserved.
